HOME FEATURES
This sprawling ranch home is the perfect get away to wine country. A kitchen that's a chefs dream, in a huge open floor plan with an inviting living room. Walk out one of the many French doors off the living room that lead outside to the wrap around porch with stunning rural setting. Take a hike along the Salinas River or in the hills of the 650 acre Vineyard that is also owned by the Cagliero Family. Five total bedrooms, 4 large bedrooms each with a king bed, and one smaller bedroom with 2 twin beds. 3 bathrooms.
Kitchen: 2 large ovens, professional cooktop, dual Keurig/drip coffee maker , microwave, blender, crockpot, toaster, BBQ.
POOL
Recline in a provided sunlounger or throw a towel on the long to take a break from swimming in the beautiful pool.
The Nut House pool is approximately 32x15 feet. It has a cover that should be closed for children's safety when not in use. The safety cover keeps it rather warm in the summer but for an additional fee of $150 per night it can be heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit for colder weather visits.
No diving allowed.
GAME ROOM
The detached garage has been converted into a game room that has all kinds of fun activities to keep the family busy! Pool table, ping pong, & foosball for all to enjoy.
FUN
In addition to the indoor game room we have provided a cornhole set and giant outdoor jenga. There is an adult sized swing set on the side of the home and a gas firepit to cozy up by in the evenings.
