HOME FEATURES
This newly remodeled and upgraded home is perfect for any get together. Girls wine tasting trip, family reunion, birthday celebration, the options are endless.
The main home has 4 bedrooms with eastern king sized beds. 3 of the 4 have on-suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom still has its own bathroom, the door it just down the hall.
The cottage, 15 steps away from the main house, has the final two rooms. Also with king sized beds and on-suites. There is a shared kitchenette in the cottage if you'd like to enjoy coffee or scramble up a quick breakfast before joining the others in the main house.
All 6 bedrooms have their own smart TV.
The kitchen has all the expected appliances and a peninsula with stools for socialization or casual eating. The dinning table can seat all 12 for any formal meal.
Kitchen appliances include: oven, microwave, blender, hand-blender, double toaster, dual drip and pod coffee maker, crockpot, icemaker.

POOL
Beautiful brand new pool, with a child safe cover to be closed for safety when not in use. It is 15 feet wide by 30 feet long, 8 feet deep, with a baja beach shallow area that can have 2 umbrellas great for smaller children or adults that would rather have a margarita than wet hair. For an additional fee of $150 per night it can be heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit for colder weather visits.
No diving allowed.
GAME ROOM
Down the hall from the living room is a game room with a large comfy couch, 75" TV and all the board games to keep you entertained if you happen to get caught in the rain.
FUN
In addition to the indoor game room, there is a cornhole set outside on the pool side of the house. There is also a gas firepit on the same side of the house.

COTTAGE
The cottage is steps away from the main house and features two bedrooms with their own on-suites and it's own kitchenette.
